Advice on switching student loan collectors from Navient to a better service

I’m 23 years old and just graduated this past December with sizable loans. Navient is the company my loans were automatically handed over to and I’ve been as pleased as one could be ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ with the company thus far. There site is straight forward and easy to navigate, and up until today I hadn’t really thought much about needing to switch.

I just watched Hasan Minhaj’s Patriot Act episode on student loans ([https://youtu.be/t0CyBv18A5k](https://youtu.be/t0CyBv18A5k)) and at the 7:50 mark he starts talking about how terrible Navient is (excellent show for the record). I had heard various complaints some months ago about the company but I had my hands full with life at the time so it got put on the back burner. Now I’m starting to seriously consider switching away from Navient but honestly have no idea what that entails.

Does anyone have any personal experience with Navient being nefarious in any way? Any recommendations for a better company to work with?
