What are some things you do to make yourself feel better about your debt?

I am so TIRED of letting my student loan debt control my emotions. I wake up anxious almost every day and constantly worry about my debt. So, I’ve been working on things to tell myself/figure out to feel better. Here are what have so far:

-Signed up for an IBR but will make what my normal payments should be (if I can), that way I don’t have to worry about capitalized interest down the road later while also knowing if something comes up one month I don’t HAVE to pay the full amount

-Used a pay off date calculator to figure out if I get my life together enough to pay even $70 extra a month on private loans it will knock 5 yrs off

-Think about how much it will help to put my tax refund toward each toward loans because that’s money I don’t have in the present anyway so I can’t really miss it

-Just because I’m stuck in a crappy paying job right now doesn’t mean I’ll still be in one 1-2 yrs down the road

-I’m luck to at least have a job that’s above min wage

-Second jobs and side gigs can always be procured for extra income
